How do I add an event to my calendar?

Tap the camera icon, select or take a photo of a poster or flyer, and CalEntry will automatically extract the event details. Review the details, then tap Add to Calendar to save it to your Apple or Google Calendar.

Which calendars are supported?

CalEntry supports Apple Calendar (added directly via iOS) and Google Calendar (opened via a Google Calendar link). You can set your preferred calendar in Settings.

What are scans / credits?

Each time you analyze a photo, one scan credit is used. Free accounts include 5 scans. You can get more credits by upgrading to a Lite, Standard, or Premium plan, or by purchasing a one-time credit pack from the Plans screen.

How do I buy more credits or upgrade my plan?

Go to the Profile tab and tap Plans. Choose a subscription plan (Lite, Standard, or Premium) or purchase a one-time credit pack (10, 30, or 75 scans). All purchases are processed through the App Store.

How do I restore my purchases?

Go to Profile → Plans and tap Restore Purchases. This restores active subscription plans. One-time credit packs cannot be restored — credits are tied to your device.

Why is the event date wrong?

CalEntry infers dates from the poster text. If no year is printed, it picks the next upcoming occurrence. If the result looks off, tap the event in the preview to edit the date manually before adding it to your calendar.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and reset your scan balance. This action cannot be undone.

How do I set reminders for events?

Go to Profile → Notifications and enable reminders. You can choose to be reminded 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1 day before each event you add.
