CalEntry uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude API) to extract event information from photos and help you add events to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. The service is provided "as is".
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use CalEntry. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.
AI-extracted event information (dates, times, titles, locations) may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all information before adding it to your calendar. CalEntry accepts no liability for missed appointments or incorrect calendar entries.
Paid plans are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. CalEntry does not process payments directly.
Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and reset when the period renews — unused credits do not roll over and are forfeited. One-time credit packs never expire and are unaffected by subscription renewals or cancellations. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
You agree not to use CalEntry to process images containing illegal content, to attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or to circumvent usage limits.
The CalEntry app, brand, and all associated assets are owned by the developer. Event data you create belongs to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalEntry and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
